If you had to write a poem about your life RIGHT NOW, what would it be about? Explain your answer in at least 4 to 5 sentences.

Prompt Response: If I had to write a poem about my life right now it would probably be about my day-to-day schedule. In the poem, I would explain how my schedule is boring and repetitive. This is due to school being very boring and me running out of interesting things to do. I would talk about how I want to experience new things and make life more exciting.

Summary: Today we worked on a "Found Poem" using text from Jefferson's diary entry in Chapter 29.

Reflection: I enjoyed reading this chapter because it let you see how Jefferson is truly feeling. You sort of get an understanding of his real, raw emotions. I also enjoyed making this poem because it was fun piecing together parts of the text to make a poem.
