Describe what you did over the winter break (use at least 5 words from Vocabulary Lesson 10 in your paragraph)

Prompt Response: Over winter break I stayed here in Georgia. I hung out with friends, worked, and spent so much money on food that I am now impecunious. I importuned my parents to let me stay out later than usual so that I could hang out longer, and they allowed me to. Whenever there is a break it is imperative that you get some work done that you now have time to do. So, I helped my friend with his Eagle Scout project, replaced a door in my house, and did some car detailing jobs. I did play a little too many video games this break, which is a bit ignoble. By the end of the week, I was sad that the break was coming to an end and I was dreading the imminent return to school.

Summary: Today in school we worked on a comic strip where we used all of our vocabulary words in the panels.

Reflection: Although it was hard to figure out how to use all 15 vocab words, I enjoyed today's lesson because I like drawing as well as being creative.
