Describe a time when you had to speak in front of an audience. What were your fears? How did you handle them? What advice would you give to someone struggling with stage fright?

Prompt Response: One time I had to give a lesson in Sunday school at church. I was a little nervous, but I am close friends with all of the kids in my class, so I was pretty comfortable. I was mostly afraid of not being able to get my point across clearly. To avoid that happening, I made sure to prepare my whole lesson a few nights before. My advice would be to make sure you are well prepared.

Summary: Today we took notes on a presentation about public speaking.

Reflection: The presentation was helpful and had some very interesting points and methods to reduce the fear of public speaking.
